How it works…

Subscribers to the Business Technology Plan are given special care for effective Internet presence development. The process starts with the Sortilego representative ascertaining the needs of the customer and advising them on the Internet presence that would best suit their needs. After the Web site has been developed, the customer pays a flat monthly fee (dependent upon the size of their business) to have all of the following services:

  1. 24-hour a day, 7 day a week technology support which includes general and specific questions about their computer, their software, hardware, network, Web site, e-mail and about any other technology-related issue one can think of. Sortilego will assist the customer in located the resources necessary to make their system work.
  2. Web site hosting on the Sortilego servers and e-mail address(es).
  3. Internet connection through a third-party can be arranged by Sortilego and added to the monthly billing plan.
  4. User training seminars can be arranged with a Sortilego Learning Specialist at an additional cost.
  5. Local network setup can be arranged at an additional cost.
  6. Computers and peripherals can be purchased at a discount and installation can be arranged at an additional cost.
